Holistic assistant is better than one where you place so much attention to just business or relationships and neglect self care and family. Family is interpersonal relationships which can be left to one side or made time for. Same for in business the training of staff or marketing. Both need help and one cannot be neglected while the other is worked on for days at a time.

I knew intuitively that to help a person find balance, stregthen their happiness skills, getting them the knowledge they need to communicate with others is so important.
